Division 2. Department Of Social Services -Department Of Health Services. Subdivision 6. Preventive Medical Services. Chapter 9. Tuberculosis Examination. Article 4. Admission To School. Unconditional Admission.
A pupil who has undergone the required tuberculosis examination and can produce a certificate that he or she is free of communicable tuberculosis shall be admitted without conditions to school.
