Reimbursement costs, services provided by another district
Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, the computation of reimbursement for the costs of attendance specified in contractual agreements through which educational services are provided by other than the district or county in which a pupil resides shall be based on the revenue per average daily attendance received by the school district or county in which the pupil resides rather than the computed revenue limit or foundation program per average daily attendance of the district or county of residence.
