The source reduction and recycling program for school districts developed pursuant to Section 42621 shall, to the extent feasible, be designed to complement and further the educational goals of the supplementary educational materials developed pursuant to Section 42603, and the integrated waste management issues addressed within the science framework developed by the State Board of Education.
