Authorization to Requisition Vehicles
The following employees are authorized to requisition motor vehicles from the district motor pool on a day-to-day basis.
1. Central office administrative staff
2. Principals
3. Assistant principals
4. Psychologist
5. Counselors
6. Directors
7. Teachers
All requests for extended and overnight trips must be approved in advance by the Assistant Superintendent.
Drivers operating vehicles must provide license information to the district as required by the insurance carrier. The district will clear all drivers through the insurance carrier and maintain
a current list in the transportation department.
