
It is the policy of the Governing Board to maintain effective working relationships with all local governmental agencies. The Superintendent or designee is directed to work closely and cooperatively with such agencies, and to bring all areas of conflict to the Board whenever it appears that they cannot be promptly and appropriately resolved.
The Board further directs the Superintendent or designee to advise any local agency or organization of any proposed change in policy or regulation which affects it.
